1Para Efectos De La Certificación De Que Trata El Artículo 3º De La Ley 4º De 1966, Los Notarios Deberán Rendir A La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro Un Informe De Ingresos Y Egresos Dentro De Los Primeros Quince Días De Cada Mes2Constituyen Ingreso Bruto Las Sumas De Dinero Que Perciban Los Notarios Por La Prestación Del Servicio, Así Como Los Subsidios Que Reciban Del Fondo Nacional Del Notariado3En El Informe Los Notarios Discriminarán Los Ingresos Obtenidos En El Mes Inmediatamente Anterior Por Concepto De Escrituración, Autenticaciones, Copias De Escrituras Y Del Registro Del Estado Civil, Certificaciones, Diligencias Fuera Del Despacho Y Otras Actividades Notariales4En La Matriz De Las Escrituras Se Dejará Constancia Del Valor Percibido Por Concepto De Derechos Notariales5La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro Dispondrá Lo Necesario Para El Cumplimiento De Lo Establecido En Este Decreto6Este Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Expedición
