Se Realiza Una Corrección A La Sentencia De La Referencia, Ya Que Mediante Sentencia T-447 Del 9 De Julio De 2009, Se Debió Revocar La Sentencia Proferida Por La Sala De Casación Laboral De La Corte Suprema De Justicia Del 30 De Septiembre De 2008. Sin Embargo, Por Un Error Mecanográfico Se Indicó Que La Sentencia A Revocar Había Sido Proferida Por La Sala De Casación Penal De La Corte Suprema De Justicia.
