El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y corrige en lo pertinente el subcapítulo 2 concepto: "FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL SISTEMA DE MONITOREO SEGUIMIENTO CONTROL Y EVALUACIÓN" del capítulo I "GASTOS DE ADMINISTRACIÓN DEL SISTEMA GENERAL DE REGALFAS" de los artículos 3,4 Y9 del Decreto 606 de 2019.
