Destínase las cantidades de dinero determinadas en la presente Ley para la construcción, ampliación, terminación y dotación de acueductos, alcantarillados, energía eléctrica, hospitales, puestos de salud, servicios de maternidad, ancianatos, orfanatos, establecimientos de educación primaria y secundaria, nuevas líneas y oficinas telegráficas, telefónicas y de radiocomunicaciones, y demás obras incluidas en ella, en los Municipios, Corregimientos e Inspectorías de Policía de los Departamentos, Intendencias y Territorios Nacionales que se determinan a continuación:
