(Part 23 Normal Category Aircraft) Considering that Whelen Aerospace Technologies (WAT) has submitted the associated technical documentation, duly reviewed, and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC 21, § 21.515). The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) hereby accepts the foreign Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA00344BO, for major alteration application on Colombian registered aeronautical products, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and conditions stablished in the FAA Supplemental Type Certificate. As provided by Whelen Aerospace Technologies (WAT), the following documents are required to accompany each installation on Colombian-registered aeronautical products, in accordance with RAC 43 § 43.300(b): 1. Limitations of Acceptance This acceptance applies exclusively to the STC and its supporting technical data. It does not constitute approval for the importation of the product(s) included in the STC. Any major modification or change in the STC information must be reported to and documented with the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL). Validity This letter of acceptance shall remain valid only for as long as the FAA SA00344BO Supplemental Type Certificate remains in effect. Revocation If, at any time, AEROCIVIL determines that there is reasonable evidence to suggest that the safety of the aeronautical product has been compromised due to an unsafe condition in the altered product, AEROCIVIL reserves the right to revoke this STC acceptance.
