The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) accepts the foreign Supplemental Type Certificate No. 10088138 for major alteration application on Colombian registered aeronautical products, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and conditions stated in the EASA Supplemental Type Certificate. As substantiated by MT PROPELLERS the following is the list of required documents that must accompany each installation on Colombian registered aeronautical products as required by RAC43 § 43.300(b): 1. The installer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the requirements set forth in RAC 21.1200 regarding the import of such product(s). Holder´s Responsibilities The company holding this STC is responsible for maintaining the STC information including all published alteration documents, up to date. This is necessary to guarantee safe operation and support the continued airworthiness of aircraft registered in Colombia that are subject to this alteration. Any major modification or change in the STC information must be reported to and documented with the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL). Validity This letter of acceptance shall remain valid only for as long as the Supplemental Type Certificate remains in effect. Revocation If, at any time, AEROCIVIL determines that there is a reasonable evidence to suggest that the safety of the aeronautical product has been compromised due to an unsafe condition in the altered product, AEROCIVIL reserves the right to revoke this STC acceptance.
