The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) accepts the foreign Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA01695SE, for major alteration application on Colombian registered aeronautical products, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and conditions stated in the FAA Supplemental Type Certificate. The aeronautical product must be listed in the respective FAA Approved Model List (AML) of this STC. The STC SA01695SE, will be entered in the national index of accepted STC. Please bear in mind that this acceptance is issued to the STC and its supporting technical data and does not constitute an approval for the product (or products part of the STC) to be imported, is the responsibility of the installer to comply with the requirements set forth in RAC 21.1200 for the product (or products) being imported. In addition, please consider that your company is responsible to keep this STC information (The alterations’ published documents) updated to guarantee safe operation and support the continued airworthiness of the altered aircraft registered in Colombia. Any major change of the STC information must be reported and documented to the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL). The validity of this letter of acceptance expires when the Supplemental Type Certificate approval ceases to exist.
