Colombian Aeronautical Regulations RAC 21.515. Dear Mr. Carvalhal, According to your application for the acceptance of Transport Canada (TCCA) Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA12-46, Issue 4, dated October 25, 2024, related to the: “Cockpit (crew) Oxygen System Installation” in the "De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited DHC-6 Series 400" aircraft." Considering that “IKHANA Aircraft Canada Inc” has submitted the associated technical documentation, which was reviewed and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC 21, 21.515). The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) accepts the TCCA Supplemental Type Certificate No.SA12-46, Issue 4, dated October 25, 2024, for major alteration application on Colombian registered aeronautical products, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and conditions stated in the TCCA Supplemental Type Certificate. ________________________________________________________________________ Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil www.aerocivil.gov.co - Av. Copy of TCCA STC SA12-46Issue 4, dated Oct. 25, 2024 2. Master Drawing List Doc. No. ER218-1127, dated 12 Sept. 2023, or later TCCA approved revision. 3. ICA Doc. No. OX-6-11C, Rev. D, dated 31 Jan. 2018, or later TCCA approved revision. 4. FMS Doc. No. OX-64-1C, Rev. C, dated 31 Jan. 2018, or later TCCA approved revision. 5. A Letter of authorization of use of the STC signed by the appropriated person in the STC holder organization identifying A/C tail number and S/N. The aeronautical product to be altered must be listed in the No. TCCA STC. The STC SA12- 46 will be entered in the national index of accepted STC`s. Please bear in mind that this acceptance is issued to the STC and its supporting technical data and does not constitute an approval for the product (or products parts of the STC) to be imported, is the responsibility of the installer to comply with the requirements set forth in RAC 21.120 for the product (or products) being imported. In addition, please consider that your company is responsible to keep this STC information (the alterations' published documents) updated to guarantee safe operation and support the continued airworthiness of the altered aircraft registered in Colombia. Any major change of the STC information must be reported and documented to the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL). The validity of this letter of acceptance expires when the Supplemental Type Certificate approval ceases to exist.
