Dear Mr. Pogue, According to your application for the acceptance of FAA Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA1310SW, related to the: “Installation of a Stretcher in lieu of Rear Seats” Considering that “Aviation Fabricators” has submitted the associated technical documentation, which was reviewed and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC 21, 21.515). STC Data List AF-160 Rev. H dated 09-14-20, or later FAA approved revision. 2. Copy of the FAA STC SA1310SW with AML. 3. Installation Instructions AF-102 Rev. C dated 05-20-13, or later FAA approved revision. 4. Installation Instructions AF-103 Rev. D dated 05-20-13, or later FAA approved revision 5. ICA document AF-560 Rev. IR dated 06-12-13, or later FAAapproved revision. 6. Weight and Balance document AF-561WB Rev. IR dated 06-12-13, or later FAA approved revision. 7. Weight and Balance document AF-562 WB Rev. IR dated 06-12-13, or later FAA approved revision. 8. A Letter of authorization of use of the STC signed by the appropriate person in the STC holder organization identifying A/C tail number and S/N. The aeronautical product to be altered must be listed in the respective FAA Approved Model List of this STC. The STC SA1310SW will be entered in the national index of accepted STC`s. Please bear in mind that this acceptance is issued to the STC and its supporting technical data and does not constitute an approval for the product (or products parts of the STC) to be imported, is the responsibility of the installer to comply with the requirements set forth in RAC 21.120 for the product (or products) being imported. In addition, please consider that your company is responsible to keep this STC information (the alterations published documents) updated to guarantee safe operation and support the continued airworthiness of the altered aircraft registered in Colombia. Any major change of the STC information must be reported and documented to the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL). The validity of this letter of acceptance expires when the Supplemental Type Certificate approval ceases to exist.
