The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) accepts the foreign Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA02019SE-D, for major alteration application on Colombian registered aeronautical products, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and conditions stated in the FAA Supplemental Type Certificate. As substantiated by GARMIN, the following is the list of required documents that must accompany each installation on Colombian registered aeronautical products as required by RAC43 § 43.300(b): 1. Master Drawing List (MDL) GTN 6XX/7XX Small Airplane STC No. SA02019SE- D Rev 1, dated 03/10/2011, or later approved FAA revision. 2. GTN 6XX/7XX Part 23 AML STC Installation Manual, document # 190-01007-A3, Rev 13, dated May 2019, or later approved FAA revision. 3. GTN 625/635/650/725/750 and GMA 35 Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, document # 190-01007-A1, Rev 1, dated 03/04/2011 or later approved FAA revision 4. FAA Approved Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement, document # 190-01007-A2, Rev. 8, dated 08/23/2018, or later FAA approved revision. 5. Equipment List GTN 6XX/7XX AML STC, document # 005-00533-C1. Rev. 02, dated 05/20/2011, or later FAA approved revision. 6. System Maintenance Manual GTN 6XX/7XX Part 23 AML STC, Contains Instructions for Continued Airworthiness for STC SA02019SE-D, document # 190- 01007-A1, Rev. 11, dated August 2018, or later FAA approved revision. 7. GTN 6XX/7XX Part 23 Installation Checklist, document # 190-01007-E1, Rev. 10, dated February 2019, or later FAA approved revision. 8. A letter of authorization of use of the STC signed by the appropriate person in the STC holder organization identifying A/C tail number and S/N. The aeronautical product must be listed in the respective FAA Approved Model List (AML) of this STC. The SA02019SE-D STC will be entered in the national index of accepted STC. It is important to mention that a copy of the STC and required documents should accompany each installation (RAC 43, § 43.300 (b)). Please bear in mind that this acceptance is issued to the STC and its supporting technical data and does not constitute an approval for the product (or products part of the STC) to be imported, is the responsibility of the installer to comply with the requirements set forth in RAC 21.1200 for the product (or products) being imported. Any major change of the STC information must be reported and documented to the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL). The validity of this letter of acceptance expires when the Supplemental Type Certificate approval ceases to exist. If at any point in time, the AEROCIVIL finds that there is a reasonable doubt to indicate that the safety of the aeronautical product is compromised because of an unsafe condition developed in the aeronautical product, AEROCIVIL may cancel the letter of STC Acceptance.
