Lascell, According to your application for the acceptance of FAA Supplemental Type Certificate No. ST04312AT-D, related to the installation of: Ka-BAND JETWAVE SYSTEM on GVII-G500 (Part 25 aircraft); considering that GULFSTREAM AEROSPACE CORPORATION has submitted the associated technical documentation, which was reviewed and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC 21, § 21.515). The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (UAEAC) accepts the foreign Supplemental Type Certificate No. ST04312AT- D, for major alteration application on Colombian registered aeronautical products, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and conditions stated in the FAA Supplemental Type Certificate. The aeronautical product must be Usted in the respective FAA STC approved. The ST04312AT-D STC will be entered in the national index of accepted STCs. It is important to mention that a copy of the STC and required documents should accompany each installation (RAC 43, § 43.300 (b)). In addition, please consider that your company is responsible to keep this STC information (The alterations' published documents) updated to guarantee safe operation and support the continued airworthiness of the altered aircraft registered in Colombia. The validity of this letter of acceptance expires when the Supplemental Type Certificate approval ceases to exist. If at any point of time, the UAEAC finds that there is a reasonable doubt to indicate that the safety of the aeronautical product is compromised because of an unsafe condition developed in the aeronautical product, UAEAC may cancel the letter of STC Acceptance.
