Inc., has submitted the associated technical documentation, which was reviewed and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC 21, § 21.515). The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) accepts the foreign Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA02658SE for major alteration application on Colombian registered aeronautical products, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and conditions stated in the FAA Supplemental Type Certificate. As substantiated by Garmin International. Inc.,the following is the list of required documents that must accompany each installation on Colombian registered aeronautical products as required by RAC43 § 43.300(b): 1. SA02658SE FAA Approved Model List (AML), Rev. 1, January 18, 2023. 2. GI 275 Part 23 AML STC Master Drawing List. Rev 19 (Doc. 005-01208-41) or later FAA approved revision. 3. GI 275 Part 23 AML STC Maintenance Manual/ICA. Rev 6 (Doc. 190-02246- 11 Includes removal and installation instructions and FAA Approved Airworthiness Limitations) or later FAA approved revision 4. GI 275 Part 23 AML STC Equipment List Rev. 16 (Doc. 005-01208-41) or later FAA approved revision. 5. GI 275 Part 23 AML STC Installation Manual Rev. 14 (Doc.190-02246-10, optional and required when coupled to auto pilot installations performed by dealers only), or later FAA approved revision. 6. GI 275 EIS & MFD Installation Manual Rev. 14 (Doc. 190-02246-14) or later FAA approved revision (non dealer instalations). 7. A letter of authorization of use of the STC signed by the appropriate person in the STC holder organization identifying A/C tail number and S/N. The aeronautical product to be altered must be listed in the respective FAA Approved Model List (AML) of this STC. The STC SA02658SE will be entered in the national index of accepted STCs. Please bear in mind that this acceptance is issued to the STC and its supporting technical data and does not constitute an approval for the product (or products part of the STC) to be imported, is the responsibility of the installer to comply with the requirements set forth in RAC 21.1200 for the product (or products) being imported. Any major change of the STC information must be reported and documented to the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL). The validity of this letter of acceptance expires when the Supplemental Type Certificate approval ceases to exist. If at any point in time, the AEROCIVIL finds that there is a reasonable doubt to indicate that the safety of the aeronautical product is compromised because of an unsafe condition developed in the altered aeronautical product, AEROCIVIL may cancel the letter of STC Acceptance.
