Considering that SPECTRUM AEROMED has submitted the associated technical documentation, which was reviewed and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC 21, § 21.515). The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) accepts the foreign Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA00560CH, for major alteration application on Colombian registered aeronautical products, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and conditions stated in the FAA Supplemental Type Certificate. The aeronautical product must be listed in the respective STC. The STC SA00560CH, will be entered in the national index of accepted STC. It is important to mention that a copy of the STC and the following required documents should accompany each installation (RAC 43, § 43.300 (b)): 1. STC SA00560CH reissued February 28/2019, amended 2/5/2014 or later FAA amended STC. 2. 2003DL drawing list for: aircraft medical conversion PIPER PA-31T, PA-31T1, PA- 31T2, PA-31T3, PA-31P, PA-31P-350, Rev 1 dated 02/04/2008 or later FAA approved revision. 3. MANUAL 2003MM Instructions For Continued Airworthiness For SPECTRUM AEROMED PIPER PA-31T, PA-31T-1, PA-31T-2, PA-31T-3, PA-31P and PA- 31P-350 - EMS Medical Configuration Installation Drawing Number 2003 Rev. 1 dated 02/04/2008 or later FAA approved revision. 4. In addition, please consider that your company is responsible to keep this STC information (The alterations’ published documents) updated to guarantee safe operation and support the continued airworthiness of the altered aircraft registered in Colombia. Any major change of the STC information must be reported and documented to the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL). The validity of this letter of acceptance expires when the Supplemental Type Certificate approval ceases to exist. If at any point in time, the AEROCIVIL finds that there is a reasonable doubt to indicate that the safety of the aeronautical product is compromised because of an unsafe condition developed in the aeronautical product, AEROCIVIL may cancel the letter of STC Acceptance.
