(Attached 10´s PDF Documents). Colombian CAA reference: 2023192050025083, dated may 8, 2023 (FAA Email - Status request - dated march 23, 2023). 2. FAA letter #781-23-00190 dated March 23, 2023 - Design Approval Application for Validation of FAA STC SA01800SE. 3. Airworthiness Limitation: Light Dimmer Controller, manufactured by Seaton Engineering Corporation has no repairable parts and if a failure occurs, the part must be replaced in its entirety. 4. Dear Mr. Christensen, According to your application for the acceptance of FAA Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA01800SE, related to:  Fabrication and installation of new or replacement of existing instrument panel lights dimmer control (FAA Part 23). The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) accepts the foreign Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA01800SE, for major alteration application on Colombian registered aeronautical products, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and conditions stated in the FAA Supplemental Type Certificate. The aeronautical product must be listed in the respective FAA Approved Model List (AML) of this STC. The STC SA01800SE, will be entered in the national index of accepted STC. It is important to mention that a copy of the STC and the following required documents should accompany each installation (RAC 43, § 43.300 (b)). 1. Master Drawing List Doc. #9750-002 Rev G (6/5/2011) or later FAA approved revision (MaxDim Lamp Intensity Controller) 2. FAA Approved model list (AML) SA0180SE (Amd 7/14/2017) or later FAA approved revision - Electronic Dimmer Controller. 3. Installation Instructions for P/N: a) 9100-001-A & B Dimmer (Single MaxDim), Doc. 9150-002 Rev F (12/19/2019) or later FAA approved revision. b) 9100-001-C & D Dual Dimmers (Dual MaxDim), Doc. 9150-003 Rev B, or later FAA approved revision. c) 9100-001-E Dimmer (MaxDim Mini Single), Doc. 9150-012-A Rev B 12/20/19, or later FAA approved revision. d) 9100-001-F Dimmer (MaxDim Mini Dual), Doc. 9150-013-A Rev B 12/20/19, or later FAA approved revision. 4. Please bear in mind that this acceptance is issued to the STC and its supporting technical data and does not constitute an approval for the product (or products part of the STC) to be imported, since it is the responsibility of the installer to comply with the requirements set forth in RAC 21.1200 for the product (or products) being imported. In addition, please consider that your company is responsible to keep this STC information (The alterations’ published documents) updated to guarantee safe operation and support the continued airworthiness of the altered aircraft registered in Colombia. Any major change of the STC information must be reported and documented to the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL). The validity of this letter of acceptance expires when the Supplemental Type Certificate approval ceases to exist. If at any point in time, the AEROCIVIL finds that there is a reasonable doubt to indicate that the safety of the aeronautical product is compromised because of an unsafe condition developed in the aeronautical product, AEROCIVIL may cancel the letter of STC Acceptance.
