Install in accordance with Dynon Avionics System Installation Manual, Document Number 103261-000, Revision M, dated January 19, 2022, or later FAA approved revision.. Considering that Dynon Avionics, has submitted the associated technical documentation, which was reviewed and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC 21, § 21.515). The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) accepts the foreign Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA02594SE with Approved Model List (AML) for major alteration application on Colombian registered aeronautical products, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and conditions stated in the FAA Supplemental Type Certificate. As substantiated by Dynon Avionics, the following is the list of required documents that must accompany each installation on Colombian registered aeronautical products as required by RAC43 § 43.300(b): 1. STC No. FAA STC SA02594SE with Approved Model List (AML). 2. Compliance Checklist approved FAA revision 3. Master Drawing List: Document No. 103216-000 approved FAA revision 4. Installation Manual: Document No. 103261-000 approved FAA revision 5. Airplane Flight Manual Supplements: Document Nos. 103272-000 and 104004-000 approved FAA revision 6. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA): Document Nos. 103221-000 and 104003-000 approved FAA revision NOTE: Some configurations approved by the STC require additional manuals which are refrenced in the documents listed above, such documents are also considered mandatory for such configurations as accepted by AEROCIVIL. The aeronautical product to be altered must be listed in the respective FAA Approved Model List (AML) of this STC. The STC SA02594SE will be entered in the national index of accepted STCs. Please bear in mind that this acceptance is issued to the STC and its supporting technical data and does not constitute an approval for the product (or products part of the STC) to be imported, is the responsibility of the installer to comply with the requirements set forth in RAC 21.1200 for the product (or products) being imported. Any major change of the STC information must be reported and documented to the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL). The validity of this letter of acceptance expires when the Supplemental Type Certificate approval ceases to exist. If at any point in time, the AEROCIVIL finds that there is a reasonable doubt to indicate that the safety of the aeronautical product is compromised because of an unsafe condition developed in the altered aeronautical product, AEROCIVIL may cancel the letter of STC Acceptance.
