El Dorado # 103 – 15 Bogotá, D.C., Colombia Para radicaciones: https://aerocivilsgdea.com/ControlPQR Conmutador: (+57) 601 425 1000 - Línea Gratuita: (+57) 01 8000 112373 Considering that “Global Aircraft Certification Experts, LLC” on behalf of “BLR Aerospace, LLC” has submitted the associated technical documentation, which was reviewed and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC 21, 21.515). The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) accepts the foreign Supplemental Type Certificate No. SR01508SE, for major alteration application on Colombian registered aeronautical products, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and/or conditions stated in the FAA Supplemental Type Certificate. As substantiated by “BLR Aerospace LLC”, the following is the list of required documents that must accompany each installation on Colombian registered aeronautical products as required by RAC 43, 43.300(b): 1. Copy of the FAA STC No. SR01508SE with Approved Model List (AML), issued on February 8, 2005, Amended July 25, 2019 or later FAA approved revision. 2. BLR Installation and Continued Airworthiness Manual No. BH206TBS030 Rev. F February 25, 2008, or later FAA approved revision (for the Bell 206 series helicopters). 3. BLR Installation and Continued Airworthiness Manual No. BH206TBS031 Rev. D March 18, 2008, or later FAA approved revision (for the Bell 206L series helicopters) 4. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement RFMS-BH206-1, Rev. IR February 8, 2005 or later FAA Approved revision (for the Bell 206 series helicopters) 5. FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement RFMS-BH206-2, Rev. A December 7, 2006 or later FAA Approved revision (for the Bell 206L series helicopters). 6. A letter of authorization of use of the STC signed by the appropriated person in the STC holder organization identifying A/C tail number and S/N. The aeronautical product to be altered must be listed in the respective FAA Approved Model List of this STC. The STC No. SR01508SE will be entered in the national index of accepted STC`s. Please bear in mind that this acceptance is issued to the STC and its supporting technical data and does not constitute an approval for the product (or products parts of the STC) to be imported, is the responsibility of the installer to comply with the requirements set forth in RAC 21.1200 for the product (or products) being imported. In addition, please consider that your company is responsible to keep this STC information (the alterations' published documents) updated to guarantee safe operation and support the continued airworthiness of the altered aircraft registered in Colombia. Any major change of the STC information must be reported and documented to the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL). If at any point in time, the AEROCIVIL finds that there is a reasonable doubt to indicate that the safety of the aeronautical product is compromised because of an unsafe condition developed in the altered aeronautical product, AEROCIVIL may cancel the letter of STC acceptance.
